To ensure the best quality, we have the unscheduled quality inspection and assembling test during production. We use multiple types of professional quality control equipment such as a 2.5D auto vision measuring machine, tensile strength testing machine, color assessment cabinet, and colorimeter to check the precision of dimensions and colors. With our experienced engineers and state-of-the-art mechanical equipment, we can reduce development time, always guarantee the best quality and services, and meet your requirements perfectly.

  • Does Ji-Horng Plastic accept low-volume custom orders?

Yes, depending on the product and customization requirements.

For reference, projects using existing molds typically allow lower quantities, often starting from a few hundred pieces. For new mold development, the minimum order quantity usually depends on product size, complexity, material, and production requirements, and is generally higher.

Each project is evaluated individually based on the product design, material, color, production requirements, and estimated quantity.

  • Does Ji-Horng Plastic provide OEM and ODM manufacturing services?

Yes. Ji-Horng provides both OEM and ODM plastic injection molding services. Customers may provide an existing design for production or work with our team to develop a new plastic component based on their product requirements.

 

  • Does Ji-Horng provide design-for-manufacturability reviews or product design optimization?

Yes. Before mold development, our team can review the product design from an injection molding and tooling perspective and provide suggestions where necessary.

Depending on the project, this may include reviewing dimensions, wall thickness, part structure, assembly, fit, and other design details that may affect mold development or production. Any proposed design changes will be discussed with the customer before proceeding with mold development.

 

  • What information should I provide to start a custom injection molding project?

Please provide available drawings or 3D files, material, dimensions, color, application, estimated quantity, and any special requirements. Ji-Horng can also review incomplete project information and advise on next steps.

 

  • How does Ji-Horng control quality during injection molding production?

Ji-Horng performs quality checks throughout the production process to monitor product consistency and conformity with specified requirements. Inspection and testing methods are selected according to the product specifications and customer requirements.
